The Total Relaxation Yoga Workshops are fun experiences in stress-reduction techniques for all levels. Learn yogic tools to be focused, calm, and happy. Details of the workshop: The first hour of the workshop is very similar to the weekly
Monday night Relaxation Yoga class.
During the second hour of the workshop we will practice a deep relaxation technique called "Yoga Nidra." It is a very easy meditation that includes a lot of guidance from the teacher. Students that have participated in previous Total Relaxation workshops report feeling restored after doing Yoga Nidra. Many of the students are "repeat customers" who have attended the workshop time after time because they find it to be a healing practice.
