Those who are considering joining the MBSR Intensive will find this introductory
lecture especially useful. Anyone, and everyone, who is interested in mindfulness is encouraged
to attend.
The same lecture is offered in a number of locations during the week before Gena Bean starts a
full program in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
